Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026 · Applies to autoglassking.com

This policy describes what Auto Glass Kings ("we", "us") collects through this website, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what you can ask us to do about it. It is written for this site specifically: it names the actual fields, the actual third parties, and the actual tracking involved.

1. Who we are

Auto Glass Kings, 5842 West McFadden Avenue, Huntington Beach, CA 92649. Phone (714) 582-1740. Email socalautoglasskings@gmail.com.

2. What the quote form collects

When you submit the quote form, we receive what you typed into it:

  • Full name — so we know who to ask for when we call
  • Mobile phone — to call or text you about your quote and appointment
  • Email address — to send your quote and appointment confirmation
  • Service ZIP code — to confirm the vehicle is somewhere we service
  • Service type and vehicle — to identify the correct glass
  • VIN (optional) — to identify the exact factory glass variant
  • Insurance status and carrier (optional) — to verify coverage before dispatch
  • Notes (optional) — anything you choose to tell us about the damage

We do not ask for, and the form does not collect, your policy number, driver's licence number, payment card details, or Social Security number. Please do not enter any of those into the form.

3. Advertising identifiers captured automatically

Many visitors reach this site by clicking an ad. When that happens the advertising platform adds an identifier to the web address, and we keep it so we can tell which advertising produced an enquiry. Specifically, we capture whichever of the following are present: Google click identifiers (gclid, gbraid, wbraid), other platform click identifiers (msclkid, fbclid, ttclid, li_fat_id), campaign parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content), and page context (the page you landed on, the page you submitted from, and the referring website if your browser sent one).

These are stored in your browser's local storage and in a first-party cookie set by this site (gl_src) for up to 90 days, so an enquiry you send days after clicking the ad is still attributed correctly. The same record decides which of our phone numbers this site shows you, so that a call can be matched to the advertising that produced it. They are attached to your enquiry when you submit the form. You can clear them at any time by clearing this site's cookies and data in your browser.

4. Where your enquiry goes

Form submissions are delivered to the lead-management systems we use to run the business — our website platform and our customer-relationship system — so we can quote, schedule, and follow up on your enquiry. We do not sell your information for money. The advertising tools described below receive information about your visit and, when you submit the form, about your enquiry; under California law that can count as "sharing", and you can opt out of it as described below. Otherwise we share your information only with the service providers that process it on our behalf.

5. Phone calls

Calls to the phone numbers shown on this site are connected through a call-tracking service and may be recorded and transcribed, so we can follow up accurately and train our team. We record the number you called from, when you called and how long the call lasted, and the call becomes an enquiry like a form submission.

6. Content loaded from third parties

This site embeds a Google map of our location and displays review content from our Google Business Profile. When the map loads, your browser connects to Google, which may set its own cookies subject to Google's privacy policy. Some images on this site are served through an image-delivery network.

7. Advertising and conversion measurement

We advertise this business online and measure which advertising produces enquiries. To do that, this site loads the following tags:

  • Google Ads conversion tracking — tells Google Ads when an enquiry is submitted or a call is placed from this site after an ad click. Google may show you a Google forwarding number in place of ours so it can count calls from its ads. When you submit the form, a hashed (scrambled) copy of your email address and phone number is sent with the conversion so Google can match it to its own records.
  • Microsoft Advertising (UET) — tells Microsoft Advertising when a page is viewed, an enquiry is submitted or a call link is tapped after a Microsoft (Bing) ad click, and lets Microsoft set its own cookies to do so.
  • Meta Pixel — tells Meta (Facebook and Instagram) when a page is viewed, an enquiry is submitted or a call link is tapped, and lets Meta set its own cookies to do so.
  • Meta Conversions API — when you submit the form, our server also sends Meta a record of the enquiry: a hashed copy of your email address, phone number, name and ZIP code, your IP address, your browser's user-agent string, Meta's cookies if present, and the page you submitted from. This lets Meta count enquiries its ads produced even where the Pixel is blocked. If you reached this site from a Meta ad, the phone number shown to you is one we use only for those visitors. When you call or text it, our server sends Meta a record of the enquiry with a hashed copy of the number you called from.

Each platform handles what it receives under its own privacy policy. None of these tags run, and nothing is sent to Meta, for a visitor who has opted out as described below. A visitor who has opted out is shown our main number, so their calls are not reported to Meta either.

8. Your privacy choices (California and other states)

California residents, and residents of other states with similar laws, have the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of their personal information, including sharing for advertising based on activity across websites. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal: if your browser sends it, you are opted out automatically and none of the advertising tags above run for you. You can also opt out here:

You also have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and not to be treated differently for exercising any of these rights. To make a request, use the contact details below.

9. Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about your enquiry, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — call (714) 582-1740 or email socalautoglasskings@gmail.com and we will act on the request. If you simply want no follow-up, tell whoever contacts you and we will stop.
